I called for auto quote and he gave me a better price than what I was paying with Allstate so I canceled my insurance not knowing that Mike called be back stating that he made a mistake. I asked him like three or four times if he had everything right and he said yes. So I understood that we all can make mistakes and stayed with them. But the when the payments started the price went up again. When the time came to switch my house he called nights and texted me until he made me switch. Again he sent me a quote but the price was different and started my coverage earlier even after we discussed the starting date. The worst is that he never sent the policy to my mortgage and now I’m dealing with a different insurance provided by my home mortgage."
